Weekend Sessions

I won't make this Saturday, I'm going to Croker :)

Al is wondering about bringing time back to 12:30? Who's available and when. and would Clongriffin park be better?



We'll have Steve eile with us, and maybe Bimbo.


Sunday I am good for, the castle at 12:00.

    I might go out early on Saturday if that suits anyone?

    Runs weren't great over the last week, a couple of 4 milers at comfortable pace. Was soaked and blown backwards one of those days.

    anything after 11 suits me. Don't mind Malahide or Clongriffin. Where in Malahide Park do you meet? Only did a couple of 3 milers myself this week.
