Noob

Hey Lads and Lassies.

Fair play to you all. As I sure Macker's told you I'm on a mission.
Top of my agenda would have to be weight loss with fitness obviously a close second. I've no previous running history and a patchy past of buying the gear, and not following up with activity, so I'm happy to be pushed.

Doing (sparse) solo jogs (4ishK with walking) on the coast at the minute. I'm still finding it very tough but recovery times are getting quicker. Hopefully I'll see whoever's out on Sunday.

    Well, maybe at about mile 22 on your first marathon you will. But that's ages away right?

  3. Just back in from 6k round trip .. and be-jeebus am I feeling it .. Couldn't stop stretching after .. Left an hour after a light dinner .. but could definitely have left it longer.

    Traffic lights and bus stops are great 0.5k markers for my jog/walk system ..

    According to Googlemaps, Work is only 10.8k away .. Wouldn't that be gas ;o)

    If there's Showers in work you should think about it in the future. Or you could even run home some days?
