Fast run in Father collins park
Great run in Father Collins park. 5 miles in 30:39. We found it hard going as we where running into 100 mile an hour winds. Roll on Raheny 5 in January!!.

Well I didn't quite make it to be honest :)
ReplyDeletePulled out after about 4 miles and skipped across park to pace Al over last 1KM.
