I went out for a 10 miler(1 hr 15 min 28 sec) this morning. I did four laps of the castle, found it very easy. I took it slow enough as the legs were slightly tired after our 5 mile run two days ago. My lap times today were as follows.
Lap 1. 19:09
Lap 2. 18:43
Lap 3. 18:40
Lap 4. 18:44
Training as usual in the castle on Saturday at 12pm. All standards of fitness welcome. Including Kevin and Karl!!!
Poor week for me, a couple of 4 milers during the week and my only 'real' run today, Raheny->coast->Baldoyle and back.
