88(minutes) / 11.2 (miles) = 7.8 minute/miles = 7.40 minute miles.Not bad when you factor in the hill and the fact that it's the longest run we've done in aaaaaggggggggeeeeeesssss.Now your recent 5 mile runs at 8minute mile pace? That's walking :)
