ReplyDeleteYou never know, we may all half to split mackers leg up yet. I don't mind sticking to the 5.3 leg if you'd rather do the finish. Doesn't bother me what I do as long as in not 7.1
ReplyDeleteWhat the hell is all this! Macker's doing the 26.2. He'll sprint the 7.1 and try and stick to 6:30 pace for the rest. See you at the finish line, I'll have the kettle on, and be in a wheel chair, spineless.
ReplyDeleteJust to make things all even i went and got myself injured yesterday. Not as serious as macker but both hips are feckin killing me. Mark said it is probably "ion" and should go with a few days rest.
ReplyDeleteOK everyone- enough of the injuries, (Kev has a dodgy knee too). I'm going to do a couple of Clongriffin laps this evening as a pre test to tomorrow morning, if anyone's interested in joining a hopalong.
