IrishRunner (Adidas) 5 miler getting close! and then begins marathon prep. We need to get two sessions a week sorted, maybe bring back Howth + another, weekday? especially for those marathoning.
I going to pass on this i think and just increase the long slow again this weekend. I have an 11 miler mapped out which I'd like to try. Macker, join me if you. It will be slow as its me your running with.
I'd be up for joining you 1 night during the week.
The marathon seed is starting to grow. I need to get some belief first though. Just going take it week by week and increase the distance. See how it goes. No promises.
Im gonna do it anyway. Feeling much better today. Went out for a 5 miler and felt good. I will deffo be up for a session mid week. Myself and kev where thinking about some hill reps. We can rotate between hill reps and fartlek which are needed in our schedule. Weekend can be for long runs. Im about this evening if anybody wants to do a few hill reps in howth????
