Madness in the castle

Myself and Macker attempted a run in maladide castle on Monday afternoon. We decided to do the 2.5 lap, the place was like a skating ring. After one lap we went on to the fields where we nearly drowned in the lakes that had developed after the melting of the snow. We gave up after a very annoying 3 miles.

Heading out now for some fartlek training to try and get in shape for the Raheny 5.
