Clongriffin Frozen Solidus
The park has been frozen solid the last week or so. Therefore there has been little or no running to talk about. Folster and I braved the snow in Malahide Castle yesterday though, a crosscountry, snow and ice bulldoze through the fields and pitches in the park. 5 miles of hell!

your run in the castle doesn't sound too pleasant. I haven't gone on a run in over a week now due to the park freeze. I'm starting to feel the pounds pile on already!
ReplyDeleteIve ran Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. No freezing park is gonna stop me!!! It was -3 today in the Castle. Great fun!!
