St Stephens Day Run
Well a very poor show only myself and Macker braved the cold. 7 miles from the marine hotel to the summit and back down via howth village. We had our Santa hats on to keep us warm. Thanks to Kev who came out to support us. 7 miles in 54minutes(nice and easy!!!)

Lovely run.... Set up a freexing cold dip in Portmarnock beach and a guilt free session of turkey, roasties, trifle, beer and chocolate.
