I believe its good fun but i"m working Saturday. Wanna try and avoid injury for my race on the 20th in Maynooth. Im also doing the National road relay Championships on the 11th of April, should be fun!!
I'v signed up for the 10k but I think I'll prob be only able to do the 5k
bugger...Sorry but entries for the inaugural Runamuck Challenge have now closed.It is not possible to take late entries either on-line or on the day.If you have friends doing the event and would like to volunteer as a marshal on the day we would love to hear from you.
WEll i'm back in propper training now, :) Working this weekend but wll make it to Malahide castle next weekend....
