Good stuff. Haven't registered myself yet. My running is going ok. Did a couple of five miles & a 3 mile last week(did the 10k runamuck race & a couple of 4 mile runs the the previous week). Also playing footy so fitness isn't the worst.How's everyone elses training going?
Im doing very well, training 6 time a week. Started a new training schedule this week which is turning out to be very hard. Plenty of speed work!!. The rest of OUR team are running regularly. Joey is doing three times a week and is down to 40 minute five miles now. Padraic and Mark are running regularly too. Hopefully we can give Mackers team a good race in May!.
