Why Am I Getting Slower?
Just did a 5 mile around work, I was pushing it (I thought), but time wasn't where I wanted it, 33 minutes dead. Felt like I was going faster.

I'm not sure about the field bit (where it goes offroad), it's probably a bit longer.
Yesterday I got back on my bike.... I think that deserves a post of it's own though ;)

Getting Back on the Horse
Decent turn out today, Steve, Kev and myself did a 5 miler in the castle. Conditions are much improved, ideal for running and a little sprint finish.
So welcome back from Argentina Kev, and welcome back to training Steve.

Madness in the castle
Myself and Macker attempted a run in maladide castle on Monday afternoon. We decided to do the 2.5 lap, the place was like a skating ring. After one lap we went on to the fields where we nearly drowned in the lakes that had developed after the melting of the snow. We gave up after a very annoying 3 miles.

Clongriffin Frozen Solidus
The park has been frozen solid the last week or so. Therefore there has been little or no running to talk about. Folster and I braved the snow in Malahide Castle yesterday though, a crosscountry, snow and ice bulldoze through the fields and pitches in the park. 5 miles of hell!
This is a snap in Clongriffin Park to prove the iceyness!
