Saturday Morning Runs

Hey all, just thinking i have been neglecting the running over the past few weeks. I think it's time we tried to get the routine of saturday runs going again in the castle.

Le tme know if any of you are up for it.

    Once the weather is better i'll do my long run on Sat in malahide castle , hope to do 10-12 each week if your upto it...
