Nice one. How much did they set you back. Going to get a gait test done as my hips are constantly bothering me, and seeing as it's looks like I'll keep the running up, it's time I invested in a decent pair of runners.
They cost me 112 euro, i think macker picked them up cheaper online for 100 euro. They are the best of what out there at the moment. Lifestyle in Dundrum and the one in city centre do Gait testing.
Steve wanna meet me at my house at 8:30 on Sunday morning. Joey running too. We can all head out together. You running Macker?? No pressure if you are still injured . The laces on the runner are really weird !!
I might do- going out for a small run at lunch in me new shoes :) We'll see what happens- though I'm more concerned over my inflammed golfer's elbow caused by the Heery fellow in Belfast.

ReplyDeleteElevery's in Blanch also do a Gait test. Will get it done before I decide to splash out on the new runners.
