Good Friday 5/7 mile run

Starts at the Marine Hotel at 12pm this friday. The run takes you up howth hill to the summit pub, down into howth village into sutton. Those of you only doing 5 just head back down the hill from the summit pub. All finishers receive a well deserved bottle of beer! See you there Team Foley!

BUPA Run

Anybody doing the 10k BUPA run in the Phoenix Park ON THE 18th of April? Myself and Tommy Myers are going to sign up for it.

Long week

Most running I've done in a week. Add to this a 4 a side football match also. Legs feeling it now.
